Situation: This is __Heather________. I’m calling about Mrs. White 410 bed 1, this afternoon she has become more short of breath than usual, especially when ambulating. After getting back to bed she was conversationally dyspneic for several minutes and her o2 sat dropped to 87% on 2LNC but recovered back up to 92% when dyspnea resolved. Background: The patient was admitted for afib w/RVR 2 days ago, telemetry is currently showing her to be in sinus rhythm, HR 96. Her o2 sat went from 96% to 92% on 2LNC this afternoon and her lungs sounds developed diffuse crackles bilaterally. She has also developed 1+pitting edema of BLE up to the thigh.
